What you will do

• Conduct pre-training of AI models on large distributed servers with thousands of NVIDIA GPUs.
• Design, prototype, and scale innovative AI architectures to enhance model intelligence and efficiency.
• Execute experiments independently and collaboratively, analyze results, and refine methodologies.
• Investigate and improve model and computational performance.
• Advance training systems to ensure scalability and efficiency on target platforms.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Remote work from any country worldwide.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD in NLP, Machine Learning or related preferred with strong AI R&D track record.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale LLM training on distributed GPU servers.
• Deep knowledge of transformer and non-transformer model modifications for intelligence and scalability.
• Strong expertise in PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries for model development and deployment.
