What you will do

• Lead product development and roadmap from ideation through delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to validate product value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and leadership to deliver solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of product features, organizing testing and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience with 3+ years in technical product management
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+)
• Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana.
• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience defining and tracking product KPIs; A/B testing knowledge is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer projects.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
