What you will do

• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively adjust plans to meet changing requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication ensuring transparency and alignment on project status and risks.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria collaboratively.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
• Lead people management activities including coaching, performance tracking, and recruitment participation.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years managing software development projects and 5+ years recent software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at C1 level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading distributed/global teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or Agile Project Management certifications.
• Experience with databases, Docker, Kubernetes, API design, code reviews, performance optimization, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience managing project budgets.
