TL;DR
Oracle HCM Core HR HRIS Manager (Product Management): Manage and optimize the Core HR module within Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with People & Culture processes. Focus on global standards, stakeholder partnership, system integrations, and team leadership to support scalable HR solutions across multiple US locations.
Location: Hybrid work model with in-person attendance required at least two days per week at one of multiple US office locations
Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year (applicable to select US offices)

What you will do
- Own and govern the Oracle Core HR module, maintaining global standards and business rules
- Oversee configuration, data integrity, and compliance of Core HR data and processes
- Lead and mentor HRIS functional team members, ensuring timely delivery of support and projects
- Partner with People & Culture stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions
- Manage Core HR workstreams for implementations, acquisitions, and global expansions
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Core HR processes and system capabilities
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States with ability to work hybrid from specified office locations
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Experience managing HRIS resources and strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Payroll, Reporting, or downstream integrations related to Core HR
- Background in professional services or matrixed organizations
