What you will do

• Provide regulatory guidance to Product and Operations teams on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Support oversight of product enhancements, marketing promotions, and servicing changes including third-party monitoring.
• Collaborate with Complaints Compliance team to drive product and process improvements.
• Assist with regulatory and bank-partner inquiries, audits, and examinations.
• Contribute to policy, procedure, and control development for compliance adherence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting consumer lending and BNPL.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in compliance risk or audit in consumer lending or installment financing.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Google Docs and related software tools.
