What you will do

• Provide 80% exceptional member support via multiple channels with empathy and clarity.
• Lead 20% care projects to drive process excellence and implement improvements.
• Transform data insights into actionable solutions and lead end-to-end implementations.
• Guide and inspire team members, building high-performing project teams.
• Collaborate on product innovations and help attract top care talent.

Requirements

• Must be based in France (fiscal residence).
• Full working proficiency in French and English (A2-B1 level range).
• Passion for helping others and strong empathy.
• Comfortable with digital tools and multi-channel communication (email, chat, phone).
• Initiative-taking and collaborative mindset.
