What you will do
- Lead and participate in discovery engagements focused on AdTech & MarTech initiatives.
- Engage senior client stakeholders in business-level conversations about advertising goals and growth.
- Translate business objectives into capability maps, MVP scopes, and phased roadmaps.
- Advise on monetisation strategies, pricing models, and data frameworks.
- Support proposal creation and presales with business-led narratives.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and delivery leads to align business intent and technical direction.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or related consulting roles
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end advertising ecosystem including programmatic advertising and privacy-aware activation
- Ability to lead client workshops and executive-level discussions
- Excellent written communication skills for consulting documents and presentations
- Structured thinker able to frame problems and recommendations
- Experience with AdTech platforms or digital media agencies
Nice to have
- Experience with Retail Media Networks, Marketplaces, or Fintech/Payment Media
- Exposure to AI-driven advertising, personalisation, or decisioning systems
