Salary: 1080 - 1320 PLN/MD + VAT

What you will do

• Work closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand real problems.
• Translate business needs into scalable data and machine learning solutions.
• Build the data foundations for recommendation models.
• Develop early MVP/POC versions.
• Iteratively improve the system based on real impact on advertisers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong programming and data processing skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with Git.
• Practical experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or similar).
• Ability to design and build data pipelines and data models supporting analytical or ML solutions.
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with recommendation systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with LLM-based solutions or conversational AI tools.
