Crm Operations Specialist (iGaming): Manage and optimize CRM campaigns and communications focused on regulatory compliance and customer engagement in the iGaming sector with an accent on regulatory journey messaging, A/B testing, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on delivering seamless, compliant customer experiences and adapting quickly to regulatory changes.
Location: Onsite in St Julian's, Malta with relocation support

What you will do
- Develop strategies to meet regulatory requirements and craft clear customer communications.
- Run and analyze A/B tests for regulatory journeys in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track and report campaign performance and success rates.
- Manage both ad-hoc and automated customer journeys, adapting to regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with CRM Campaign team to align campaign calendars and ensure consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Malta with relocation support available
- English: Full fluency required (C1+)
- At least 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Experience, or CRM roles.
- Experience with CRM tools like Emarsys or Optimove is an advantage.
- Motivated, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
