What you will do

• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for Puzzleplay and game clients.
• Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting.
• Write custom SQL rules to detect suspicious user behavior and lead fraud investigations.
• Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources.
• Define and document BI best practices and guide business areas for consistency.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Budva, Montenegro
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience or strong interest in fraud detection and behavior-based heuristics.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
• Experience with Looker APIs.
• Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries.
• Experience working with product and user acquisition teams.
