TL;DR

Location: Valencia (Spain). Relocation support
Salary: 3 500 — 7 000 €/month net

What you will do
- Lead and evolve the overall QA strategy across 35+ teams, encompassing all levels.
- Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a group of QA Managers, each overseeing multiple product streams and develop QA leadership talent.
- Drive structured incident reviews and translate findings into strategy improvements.
- Define and monitor quality metrics.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ people.
- Proven experience in building and scaling QA organizations: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management.
- Strong expertise in test automation: tool selection, framework setup, pipeline management.
- Solid knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and automated testing integration.
- Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases.
- English — Upper-Intermediate+.
