TL;DR

Head of QA (Igaming): Driving the evolution of the quality assurance function across 35+ teams with an accent on scaling processes and advancing automation. Focus on strategic leadership, technical excellence, and organizational impact, ensuring quality at speed in a high-load environment.

Location: Valencia (Spain). Relocation support

Salary: 3 500 — 7 000 €/month net

What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the overall QA strategy across 35+ teams, encompassing all levels.
  • Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and mentor a group of QA Managers, each overseeing multiple product streams and develop QA leadership talent.
  • Drive structured incident reviews and translate findings into strategy improvements.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ people.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling QA organizations: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management.
  • Strong expertise in test automation: tool selection, framework setup, pipeline management.
  • Solid knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and automated testing integration.
  • Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+.
