 StellarTech is looking for Graphic Designer.
 
 Graphic Designer will support the Monetisation design team by creating visual assets for marketing funnels. The role is primarily focused on graphic production and working with existing concepts rather than on independent ownership of design strategy.
 
  The designer will work closely with the PMM team and a senior designer, producing high-quality visual materials within the existing design system. This role is well suited for a junior designer who is looking to grow and gain experience working on monetisation and growth-related tasks.
 
 What You'll Do:

•   Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners 
•  Create and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style 
•  Design banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns 
•  Prepare screenshots and visual assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates and localisations 
•  Adapt existing creatives to different formats, sizes, and A/B test variations 
•  Maintain visual consistency and high quality across all monetisation-related materials 
•  Work closely with the senior designer and the PMM team 
•  Maintain well-organised source files and follow internal naming and handoff guidelines 
•  Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels

 
 KPI, 3 months:

•   Successful onboarding and understanding of the monetisation design team workflows 
•  Ability to independently handle standard graphic production tasks for monetisation funnels under the guidance of a PMM
•  Consistent adherence to the design system, brand guidelines, and visual quality standards 
•  Timely delivery and updates of email banners, store screenshots, and promotional materials 
•  Proper organisation of source files and compliance with internal naming and handoff guidelines 
•  Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions efficiently without compromising quality or deadlines 

 
 What We're Looking For:

•   Figma (advanced level), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AI image tools.
•  Strong ability to create vector illustrations independently.
•  Ability to work effectively with feedback and iterate on designs 
•  Attention to detail and high standards for visual quality 
•  Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, PMM, and stakeholders 
•  Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines 
•  Willingness to learn and grow
