We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core systems that power the our platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on building scalable services, front-end interfaces, data pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver features end-to-end, improve system performance, and implement best-in-class engineering practices across our stack.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Build and optimize user-facing features across web (React) and mobile (React Native) environments.
Implement secure, high-performance infrastructure and support continuous improvement of system reliability.
Work with complex datasets and contribute to the automation of data ingestion workflows using tools such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud Composer.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Design to execute on BloomIQ’s product roadmap.
Apply best practices in Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and services.
Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where beneficial.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
We hire for the person, not years of experience, but if you have been a full-stack, backend, or software engineer in a professional role, that is a nice-to-have.
Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, React, React Native, SQL.
Experience developing cloud-based applications (preferably on GCP, but AWS or Azure also acceptable).
Solid understanding of development frameworks and building scalable, production-grade infrastructure.
Experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing automation, Git-based workflows).
Strong communication skills with both technical and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering complex engineering projects from design through to deployment.
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience working with large or complex datasets.
Proficiency with automated data pipelines (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer).
Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Solid programming experience in Python, JavaScript, React (Native), or SQL.
