What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding cycle from contract signing through launch for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Develop and implement integration architecture, change management strategies, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful client transitions.
• Engage proactively with users to guide them through the hirify.global implementation process.
• Contribute to strategic projects to improve and scale implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, quantitative, and operational capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• BSc or equivalent degree in technology, business administration, project management, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience at a growth-stage internet or software company.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, APIs, and SQL.
