What you will do

• Own the full recruiting cycle for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives and sales positions in Japan.
• Partner closely with Japan leadership to align hiring strategies and ensure timely talent acquisition.
• Design and implement structured, scalable hiring processes and interview plans.
• Source and engage diverse candidates to maintain a balanced and inclusive talent pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, and operations teams to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan with ability to work hybrid including mandatory office days.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, in-house environments.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing GTM talent such as sales and customer success roles.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach hiring managers through recruitment.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global hiring processes at SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with roles and candidates outside Japan.
