What you will do

• Deliver pre- and post-sales support including customer demonstrations, technical proposals, and quotes.
• Translate customer needs into system requirements and create detailed system architectures.
• Collaborate with project management, integration, and production teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide technical support and serve as the interface between internal and external clients.
• Conduct system design and requirement events within schedule and budget.
• Evaluate and test new products and operate systems in fielded environments.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM field with minimum 5 years experience in SIGINT/RF/ISR systems in customer-facing roles.
• Strong background in SIGINT systems integration and operational experience with government customers.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
