What you will do
- Identify inefficiencies and business areas where agents can drive performance improvement.
- Develop Business Intent Docs, SOPs, and detailed process documentation.
- Lead UAT/QA, execute SOQL queries for data validation, coordinate testing, and manage phased rollouts.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with business objectives.
- Build comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, FAQs, and playbooks.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance using data analysis and custom queries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, sales ops or a related field with at least 1 year of experience managing tools or technologies.
- Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and manage projects effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new low-code or no-code platforms and stay current with AI advancements.
