What you will do

  • Identify inefficiencies and business areas where agents can drive performance improvement.
  • Develop Business Intent Docs, SOPs, and detailed process documentation.
  • Lead UAT/QA, execute SOQL queries for data validation, coordinate testing, and manage phased rollouts.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, FAQs, and playbooks.
  • Continuously monitor AI system performance using data analysis and custom queries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, sales ops or a related field with at least 1 year of experience managing tools or technologies.
  • Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new low-code or no-code platforms and stay current with AI advancements.
