Location: Manila, Philippines with hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite per week)

What you will do
- Support definition, coordination, and execution of consulting strategy translating priorities into actionable initiatives
- Drive follow-through on strategic decisions and cross-functional initiatives with consulting leadership
- Identify inefficiencies and improve consulting business operations and operating models
- Design, document, and continuously improve consulting processes and workflows
- Support effective use and improvement of consulting systems and tools
- Prepare leadership-level materials and support change initiatives
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines or able to work hybrid with 2 days onsite per week
- Experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
- Strong process design and improvement skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership, autonomy, and adaptability
