What you will do

• Lead technical architecture, development, and deployment of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and integration of Marketing Cloud with existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior engineers.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in sprint planning and roadmap activities.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Ebene, Mauritius
• Minimum 3 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in Agile squads and international environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
