What you will do

• Perform copy editing and proofreading on English and Japanese Magic cards, packaging, and assets ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records in the Magic card set database and supporting documentation.
• Translate presentations, feedback, and materials between English and Japanese for Universes Beyond cards and packaging.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with eligibility for remote work within the US.
• 2+ years paid experience editing English and Japanese content with strong linguistic and visual attention to detail.
• 2+ years playing Magic with familiarity of past and present cards.
• Professional proficiency in English and working professional level Japanese (N3+).
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet, databases, InDesign, or InCopy.
