Requirements

• 4-8 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in tech or digital environments.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering roles and managing stakeholders.
• Strong skills in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.
