What you will do
- Manage full hiring lifecycle for mid-to-senior engineering roles across multiple disciplines.
- Partner with engineering managers to define role priorities and hiring criteria.
- Drive advanced sourcing strategies including talent mapping and market research.
- Provide regular updates and market insights to engineering stakeholders.
- Maintain ATS compliance and improve recruitment workflows.
- Mentor junior Talent Partners and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Melbourne, Australia
- 4-8 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in tech or digital environments.
- Proven experience recruiting engineering roles and managing stakeholders.
- Strong skills in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.
Nice to have
- Experience embedded within product or engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments.
- Understanding of software development workflows and technical skill sets.
