What you will do

• Monitor and engage in conversations on Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora to identify and act on engagement opportunities.
• Manage and grow the Discord server fostering an active and positive player community.
• Respond to Trustpilot reviews professionally and timely, addressing player feedback.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to grow brand awareness and community engagement organically.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community efforts with campaigns and launches.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics and flag feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be located within European Union, Bosnia, Brazil, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and within ±4 hours of CET timezone.
• 2–3 years experience in community management or online community engagement.
• Strong written communication skills adaptable across platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.
• Experience managing online reviews and community etiquette.
• Data-driven mindset with social listening and analytics tools experience.

Nice to have

• Enthusiasm for gaming, sweepstakes casinos, or online entertainment.
• Experience building or moderating Discord communities.
• Copywriting or content creation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and community content impact on organic search.
• Familiarity with responsible gaming principles and sweepstakes compliance.
