What you will do

• Work closely with sales account managers and technical field application engineers to support technical campaigns.
• Deliver workshops, product demonstrations, training, and onsite customer support.
• Provide expert knowledge of hirify.global and competitor toolsets in signal and power integrity contexts.
• Analyze customer environments and evaluate appropriate solutions.
• Take technical lead on a wide range of projects and collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure customer success by understanding and meeting their criteria.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, United States.
• Expert knowledge of signal, power, and thermal analysis related to IC, package, and PCB designs.
• Ability to work onsite with customers without supervision.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Experience in high-speed, high-performance signal and power integrity issues.
