What you will do

• Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements, maintaining the product backlog and development priorities.
• Coordinate development work with internal engineers and external technology partners, maintaining clear documentation of product features, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Collect and structure feedback from institutional clients and internal teams, identifying recurring integration challenges and translating them into product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Experience working with financial infrastructure, fintech platforms, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing product roadmaps.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
