Salary: $58,000 - $122,000 annually depending on location and experience

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to support and independently lead pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts.
  • Develop and compile client-ready insights including monthly data analyses and performance readouts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Strategy teams.
  • Build productive relationships with clients and agency partners and manage regulatory review submissions.
  • Manage internal timelines, track deliverables, and maintain accurate status documentation for program implementation.
  • Create visual program examples using the enterprise CMS platform.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from there.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in client management or pharma manufacturer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and synthesize data into client-ready insights.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight while managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and data analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
