What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal teams to resolve billing and order-related cases and escalations.
• Manage case volumes to ensure timely resolution and maintain detailed case notes for performance reporting.
• Perform customer reconciliations and analyze discrepancies to provide clarity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline communication and problem-solving.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize workflows and resources.
• Support finance team with cash application, invoicing, collections, and related deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with ability to work remotely.
• 2-5 years experience in billing operations or accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience managing escalated customer issues professionally.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and conducting Zoom calls.
