What you will do

• Develop scalable machine learning models and optimization strategies to address business problems.
• Conduct research to optimize all facets of the Sponsored Products business.
• Improve the scalability, automation, and efficiency of large-scale training and real-time inference systems.
• Spearhead the creation of model inference infrastructure to accommodate next-generation machine learning workloads at hirify.global Ads scale.
• Collaborate with MLEs and SDEs to provide production-ready solutions and support system operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience in areas such as algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
