Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting sales teams in securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration.
• Support sales teams with renewals and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities.
• Review, prepare, and present renewal sales quotes 90–120 days in advance of expiration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on how to build quotes in CPQ, price, and discount product portfolio within commercial models.
• Partner with Customer Value Management and Channel stakeholders to understand the health status of partners and downstream customers.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred.
• Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models preferred.
• Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model.
• 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
• Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings.
