What you will do

• Lead delivery and design of technology projects emphasizing visual excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create journey maps, prototypes, design systems, and branding.
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies at the portfolio level.
• Apply research methods including usability testing and user research.
• Use Figma and Prompt Engineering to create scalable digital products.
• Communicate design deliverables and support less-experienced designers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located in Peru to work remotely.
• Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English (Upper-Intermediate).
• Experience in visual interface design, branding, design systems, and typography.
• Strong skills in Figma, responsive design, Lean principles, and Design Thinking.
• Ability to conduct and present research including usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG) and prompt engineering.
