What you will do

• Design and build reliable, performant features across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
• Own stories and epics from refinement through delivery, ensuring clarity on scope and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.
• Write well-tested, documented code and maintain high code quality standards.
• Contribute to observability, alerting, and on-call practices to maintain production system health.
• Mentor and support team engineers, collaborating with Product and Design teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js, React Native, or Go.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, testing, and delivery fundamentals.
• Experience with observability, incident response, and on-call practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Scalr).
• Experience with Next.js server-side rendering patterns.
• Background in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
