What you will do

• Own technical onboarding and production deployment of hirify.global’ Speech & Audio Enhancement products from proof-of-concept to live systems
• Design, build, and integrate Voice AI and agent stacks with frameworks like Pipecat and LiveKit focusing on low latency and audio quality
• Act as technical expert on real-time audio enhancement, diagnosing issues in complex agent architectures
• Develop custom benchmarks and evaluation setups to demonstrate product impact in customer environments
• Support customers in high-stakes production environments where audio quality impacts business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to feed real-world insights into the roadmap

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Berlin, Germany
• Experience in early-stage, high-growth startups with high ownership and responsibility
• Proven experience building Voice AI or conversational agent systems using Pipecat, LiveKit, or similar frameworks
• Customer-facing engineering experience in developer-first or ML infrastructure companies
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Rust, C++ bindings
• Deep understanding of real-time audio systems including latency, buffering, codecs, and streaming architectures
• Experience designing and running custom benchmarks to support technical buying decisions
• Ability to work with ML-powered products and communicate complex audio/ML topics effectively
