What you will do

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring within asset management and investment functions.
  • Lead full-cycle executive search processes for C-level, Managing Director, Partner, CIO, Portfolio Manager, and other senior investment roles.
  • Develop and execute proactive talent mapping strategies across asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, sovereign funds, and institutional investors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking within global financial markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber investment professionals and executive talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on executive search within asset management, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or institutional asset managers.
  • Proven track record placing senior leaders in investment, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and capital markets roles.
  • Deep expertise in market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and headhunting methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
  • Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
