What you will do

  • Act as strategic talent advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring within asset management and investment functions.
  • Lead full-cycle executive search for C-level and senior investment roles globally.
  • Develop and execute talent mapping strategies across asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking in global financial markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber investment professionals and executive talent pipelines.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all executive searches and advise on market trends and talent availability.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years recruitment experience with 4–5 years in executive search within asset management, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or institutional asset managers.
  • Proven track record placing senior leaders in investment, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and capital markets roles.
  • Deep expertise in market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and headhunting methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
  • Fluent in English (C1+ required); additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
  • Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
