Working Student AI Integration Specialist

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Karlsruhe. Role is hybrid.

What you will do

• Conduct AI audits of internal processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Develop and prototype MVP solutions, including custom GPTs and RAG systems for internal knowledge bases.
• Build RAG pipelines and automate repetitive tasks through agentic workflows.
• Coach and enable permanent staff in prompt engineering and the selection of AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product Management and technical leadership on integrating advanced AI models.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science degree (at least 4th semester) or related Master's program.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with APIs such as OpenAI or LangChain.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Vector Databases.
• Previous experience building AI agents.
• German language skills.
