What you will do

• Execute and maintain pre-boarding and onboarding workflows.
• Manage offboarding processes, including system closures, documentation, and access removal.
• Maintain and update HR master data in our HCM system, Workday.
• Prepare reports and data extracts for leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Support cross-country HR operational processes.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders on system updates and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, or similar.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in delivering work within agreed deadlines.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Comfortable working in systems and handling confidential information.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
