What you will do
- Execute and maintain pre-boarding and onboarding workflows.
- Manage offboarding processes, including system closures, documentation, and access removal.
- Maintain and update HR master data in our HCM system, Workday.
- Prepare reports and data extracts for leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Support cross-country HR operational processes.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders on system updates and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, or similar.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in delivering work within agreed deadlines.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
- Comfortable working in systems and handling confidential information.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
