What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for verticals and industry-specific features.
  • Lead a high-performing engineering organization to deliver on a complex product roadmap.
  • Elevate the operational standards for platforms, ensuring they are secure, highly available, scalable, and performant.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Product Management, Design, and Data Science.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of passionate engineers and managers.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to build next-generation capabilities that enable personalized customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience leading product development teams.
  • Experience developing and executing a successful technical strategy that enabled business growth.
  • Experience delivering and operating large-scale SaaS or PaaS products.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and distributed systems design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to innovate and transform product experiences.
  • Master’s degree.
