What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for verticals and industry-specific features.
- Lead a high-performing engineering organization to deliver on a complex product roadmap.
- Elevate the operational standards for platforms, ensuring they are secure, highly available, scalable, and performant.
- Partner with senior leaders in Product Management, Design, and Data Science.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of passionate engineers and managers.
- Identify and champion opportunities to build next-generation capabilities that enable personalized customer experiences.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience leading product development teams.
- Experience developing and executing a successful technical strategy that enabled business growth.
- Experience delivering and operating large-scale SaaS or PaaS products.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and distributed systems design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to innovate and transform product experiences.
- Master’s degree.
