Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Illinois or Texas preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, operations, or consulting with measurable enterprise impact.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development.
• Working fluency in AI and automation concepts; technical background not required.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority in complex political environments.
