What you will do

• Collaborate with Senior Designers to create film posters, social media assets, print and digital advertising, and video assets.
• Shape visual identities for film festivals, events, and partnerships across various creative disciplines.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Programming, and Distribution teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective work.
• Contribute ideas proactively and strengthen briefs with design thinking.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Explore new ideas for hirify.global’s visual brand identity.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Turkey.
• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across digital, print, and video.
• Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual systems skills.
• Strong art direction instincts and an ideas-led mindset.
• High attention to detail and production readiness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
