What you will do

• Own and manage operational tools and systems, ensuring optimization and integration
• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows in Monday.com to support daily operations
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or AI-driven solutions
• Support system integrations using APIs and automation platforms
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Train team members and partner with leadership to scale processes

Requirements

• Location: Must live in Mexico; hybrid work required if within 40km of Mexico City office, otherwise fully remote from specified states
• 5+ years experience in operations, systems administration, or process improvement
• Experience with Monday.com, operational SaaS tools, and AI tools in business context
• Familiarity with AWS and automation platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school graduate required

Nice to have

• AWS Practitioner certification
• Experience with APIs, scripting, and building internal tooling or dashboards
• Background in startups or fast-growing companies
