What you will do

• Develop logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for IP blocks and subsystems.
• Define architecture and microarchitecture features of design blocks.
• Optimize logic to meet power, performance, area, and timing goals.
• Review verification plans and resolve RTL test failures.
• Support SoC customers for integration and verification of IP blocks.
• Drive quality assurance compliance for smooth IPSoC handoff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with eligibility for hybrid work across specified locations.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Master's with 3+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience in digital IP development flow from concept to production.
• Proven project management skills and experience with hirify.global IP/SoC programs preferred.
• Strong communication skills to manage complex stakeholders across organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint; Jira knowledge is a plus.
