Location: United States, multiple cities including San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Washington DC, New York, Austin, Houston, Bellevue, Seattle; onsite work required.

Salary: $153,600 - $239,000 USD annually depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable agentic AI solutions on AWS, including proof-of-concepts and enterprise deployments.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for agentic AI capabilities focusing on persistent memory, personalization, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with customers, account teams, research scientists, and product teams to define new solution patterns and features.
• Provide expert-level domain knowledge to solve complex customer problems and scale knowledge across the global sales organization.
• Shape product roadmaps by feeding customer insights back to product teams.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of IT development or consulting experience in software or internet industries.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, cloud computing, data & analytics, or systems engineering.
• 1+ years of experience designing or consulting on agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or LLM-based architectures.
• Fluent English (C1+) required.
• Must be located in the United States with ability to work onsite in specified cities.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-ready AI systems with persistent memory, user personalization, or agent orchestration at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, guardrail architectures, and safety patterns in regulated industries.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems including benchmarks and human-in-the-loop assessments.
• Hands-on experience with foundation models, agent frameworks, tool-use patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation.
