What you will do

• Inspect science initiatives across hirify.global to identify how these can be applied and scaled to book reading experience.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of new features and algorithms based on thorough research and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver solutions into production to benefit customers.
• Ensure code is secure, stable, testable, and maintainable with minimal defects.
• Keep current with research trends in your area of expertise and scrutinize results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building models for business application experience.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
