What you will do

• Own technical enablement of hirify.global products, defining effective adoption patterns across customer segments
• Lead customer training and enablement throughout the full customer lifecycle
• Design and deliver high-impact training engagements including onboarding, advanced trainings, and executive briefings
• Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs
• Partner with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams for seamless customer experience
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices based on customer insights

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ireland
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing or instructional roles engaging senior technical and executive audiences
• Strong technical fluency with AI systems, coding, agents, APIs, and operational controls
• Proven experience leading structured technical trainings and designing learning journeys
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical concepts
• Commitment to ethical and safe AI evolution
