What you will do

• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI agents with Power Apps and Power Automate to automate complex workflows.
• Develop and extend custom connectors for seamless interaction with external data sources.
• Support conversational AI features, ensuring high data accuracy and robust NLP behaviors.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed AI agents to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale lifecycle improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in automation and AI development with Microsoft Copilot Studio with at least one successfully implemented solution.
• Proficiency in Python and low-code solution development.
• Practical knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model at a hirify.global office in Poland.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Python for AI development or scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and AI safety testing frameworks.
• Experience with generative or agentic AI prototyping.
• Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle system integrations.
