Alliance MSSP OEM Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Manage and support alliance, MSSP, and OEM account renewals and sales operations to protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with an accent on contract management, complex quoting, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on executing renewals processes, forecasting, and partner engagement within a fast-paced SaaS cybersecurity environment.

What you will do

  • Support Alliance, MSSP, and OEM sales teams in securing renewal contracts and managing complex quotes.
  • Drive ARR retention through contract processes including co-terming, upselling, and multi-year options.
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Channel teams to ensure smooth renewals.
  • Research partner license history and manage opportunity positioning and quoting scenarios.
  • Forecast renewals and expansion opportunities accurately using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Share best practices and advise on renewal proposal packaging and pricing within partner guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Brazil for this remote role.
  • 5+ years experience in renewals, sales operations, deal support, contract management, or customer success.
  • Experience with SaaS subscription renewals and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) models.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity industries preferred.
