What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using IT automation tools and technologies.
• Apply AI, GenAI, and NLP concepts to develop innovative automation solutions.
• Ensure operational efficiency and network connectivity of IT automation tools.
• Collaborate with IBM Delivery Central Platform (IDCP) and IBM Consulting Advantage (ICA) platforms to deliver automation solutions.
• Translate IT processes into automated solutions that optimize service delivery and facilitate changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with IT automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible, hirify.global Terraform, and IBM RNA
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts
• Understanding of IT processes and operational aspects of automation tools
• Familiarity with IBM IDCP and ICA platforms
• English proficiency at least B2 level
