hirify.global is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Finance team and support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Analyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and management reports using BI tools.
• Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, and profitability evaluation.
• Work with transaction-heavy datasets related to payments, crypto flows, mining rewards, digital assets, and platform fees.
• Support P&L analysis across products and regions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Experience as an analyst in FinTech / Financial Services / Crypto / Payments.
• Experience in crypto / digital assets / Web3.
• Understanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage.
• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python.
• Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
• English level B2/C1 — able to communicate clearly in international teams.
