Location: Penang, Malaysia with a hybrid work model allowing split time between onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Deliver signal integrity, power integrity, RF, and EMC solutions for high-speed platforms and silicon.
• Develop and analyze 2D and 3D models across die, package, sockets, and boards.
• Define specifications, review implementations, and optimize design margins.
• Develop test structures and verification plans to address technical challenges.
• Perform lab measurements and correlate results with simulations.
• Collaborate with IP design and silicon integration teams to maximize platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Must be located in Malaysia (Penang) and work hybrid onsite/offsite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Preferred: prior hirify.global internship or exposure to lab work, SI, PI, RF, or EMC simulation.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and data analysis techniques.
