Salary: $85,000 - $128,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and scale a team supporting MSSP, OEM, and Alliance renewals and deal support globally
• Oversee renewal management including multi-customer, multi-tenant, and pooled licensing models
• Drive ARR retention and growth through proactive renewal management and cross-functional collaboration
• Implement operational excellence and process transformation initiatives for quoting and contract integrity
• Partner with multiple departments to align policies and improve partner experience
• Develop and coach a high-performing team fostering accountability and operational discipline

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 6+ years managing renewals, deal support, or related teams in SaaS or High Tech
• Strong understanding of MSSP, Channel, or Alliance go-to-market models and ARR business models
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ
• Exceptional communication and operational skills in a global, fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
