What you will do

• Collaborate with the Growth team to design and iterate on acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Create UX/UI solutions for growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Help restructure and organize design components to improve consistency and scalability.
• Design marketing and lifecycle emails.
• Contribute ideas for improving user activation, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong skills in Figma and component-based design.
• Ability to work in a fast, experiment-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration with product, marketing, and growth teams.
• Comfortable working part-time and asynchronously.

Nice to have

• Experience designing landing pages and marketing websites
• Animation skills or desire to learn
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical tasks.
